Bea Woodget teaches Olympic Sailing Skills

December 14th, 2007 · No Comments

As part of NYC’s ongoing Sailing Skills Classes, Bea Woodget has pulled together a slide set that takes a close look at the Starboards Yacht Club Olympic Course. It dissects each leg of the race, detailing the sailing issues and skipper options. Bea will present the current version of her slideshow during the regular 12:00 noon Sailing Skills Class at NYC on December 20, while M1sha and Chaos are way for the holidays.

If you’ve ever wanted to sail the Olympic course in under 5min 20sec, and you’ve stayed awake at night wondering how Bea does it… this is your chance to find out. And if you already think you know everything about Takos and the Olympic Course, please come down on December 20 to watch the slide show so you can give Bea your feedback as she makes the final revisions on it for a USS self-paced Sailing Skills program.

Here’s a picture of Bea giving us a sneak preview on the dock this morning!
