There has been some significant updating to the Passages rules. The version here on COM has the new rules marked in green. The new rules are also available from the Rules notecard giver in Passages Pub (without the highlighting , though).

Suggested change to Rule 1.4:
1.4 All captains shall ID their boats prior to any contest. A valid ID consists of the pound sign (#) followed by a sequence of numerals. The ID must be added to the Name field of both the the sit and rez portion and any wearable parts of the boat.
