Patrick Leavitt is the owner of the Sailor’s Cove/ Lawson Landing Estate; he is also Commodore of the new Fisher’s Island Yacht Club (FIYC) in Anchor Cove.

Patrick was not able to attend the open meeting held yesterday in Sailor’s Cove where Epicurus Emmons discussed FIYC’s sailing plans.

Since some sailors may wish to speak directly with Patrick, Fanci Beebe notifed COM that Patrick is planning to be at FIYC tomorrow, Thursday April 17, at 1:00p.m. SLT. Patrick will talk about his vision for the new yacht club and Sailor’s Cove Estate, and he will address any questions or concerns that sailors wish to discuss.
